You must be 18+ and able to enter into a binding contract under your local law.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Routes and pricing may change.

Fares and delivery fees are charged to your selected payment method. Refunds follow our published policy.

Don't misuse the platform, harass drivers or riders, or attempt to circumvent security.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowcheq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless local law applies.
