Flowcheq operates under licences issued by relevant transport, electricity, and payments regulators in each market.

We perform identity verification on partners, drivers and merchants in line with regional AML guidelines.

We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), GDPR-aligned principles, and applicable cross-border transfer rules.

Every vehicle on the network is inspected on a published cadence, with telemetry-driven preventive maintenance.

We publish annual sustainability and impact reports covering emissions avoided, jobs created, and energy mix.
